Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center

During the pandemic I stayed at this hotel several times I really appreciate it the staff and the service . When I came this time around nothing had changed everything was excellent . They were able to give me a connected room at regular rate prices. Also I was able to check in a bit early I had to request that but they allowed me to check in a bit early so that I could set up for the event. They were happy to replenish anything in the room that we needed. We used the pool which was very clean and fully stocked with towels and the grounds were well kept. There was always someone at the desk who was willing to assist with anything we needed. Upon checking out I lost my key to my car and they did not charge me extra for the time it took to find the key which was an extra 2 hours. Very gracious hosts. I'll always come back to this hotel.

The rooms and the beds were big and comfortable. The front desk staff was accommodating and courteous. The bar had really good food and drinks with decent prices. Tiffany(bartender) was pleasant.

Christine - Front Desk Receptionist WAS TRULY AMAZING!!! She adjusted our rooms for my girlfriend to find a closer room next to the elevator, because she hurt her foot! WOW!!! SHE WENT BEYOND what I expected, and my girlfriend was very grateful too. We are sure coming back again!!!

Simple day stay was nice, the entryway is very large and open, and the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was nice.

The location was great for our purposes, price was good.
